Program Description 

Athletes must be ages 4-12 to participate in a half-year program.

They will compete in 2 local competitions and a showcase.

All practices are MANDATORY. 

This program runs from June 2024- April 2025. 

 

Practice Information 

Practices will include 1 day a week of routine practice and 1 day a week of tumbling. 

 

Monthly & One Time Fees 

 

TRYOUT FEE:

$60 Early Pricing

$80 On-Time (Starting May 1st)

 

LEVEL PLACEMENT FEE 

$150 - One time fee (Administrative fees and practice tank)

 

MONTHLY TUITION: (AUTOMATIC MONTHLY DRAFT IS REQUIRED  

Show Teams: $125

Due the 1st of each month.  JUNE 2024 through APRIL 2025.  

Credit cards must be submitted to secure a spot on a team.  

 

Monthly tuition is pro-rated on 11 months per season.  Some months include more instructional hours than others.

Extra practices and staff hours are built into this amount and some routine changes.

Regardless of the number of instructional hours, the monthly tuition remains the same.

 

NOTE: A one month tuition will be drafted from your account upon receiving a 30 day written notice to leave the organization..

NOTE:  If you leave the organization without a 30 day written notice you will be responsible for 70% of your remaining tuition.  

NOTE:  If you leave the organization without a 30 day written notice, two weeks prior to a competition you will be responsible for the full remaining monthly tuition and/or $500 fee whichever is greater.  THIS IS A NO TOLERANCE POLICY.

 

Additional Fees 

TEAM/COMPETITION FEES:  (ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)

DRAFTING WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH 

AUGUST 2024 THROUGH MARCH 2025

SHOWTEAMS (2 competitions)

Competition Fees: $200 per athlete (one time) 

Music/License/Choreography fee: $100 per athlete (one time)

Coaches Travel Fees: $75 per athlete (one time)

End of the year banquet/send-off fee: $60 per athlete (one time)

 

MANDATORY SKILL CAMP $150  per athlete  (Tentative August 2024)

King’s Camp (July 22 - 24) Atlantic City - $TBD per athlete

Uniform/Merchandise Fees 

UNIFORM SIZING DAY:   JUNE 15, 2024 

Uniform Fee:  Minimum Deposit of 50% due at sizing)

(Remaining balance due by JULY 15, 2024)

$250.00: Novice & Prep (New Athlete will include: 1-uniform, 1-practice set, 1-bow, 1-makeup kit and 1- book bag

If you can’t make it to sizing day, you will be given one additional make-up day within one week from the original sizing day. 

If you don’t make the make-up day, you will be subject to additional fees in order for all uniforms

**ALL FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE**

 

CHEER SHOES MUST BE PURCHASED SEPERATELY AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN FEES. ATHLETES CAN WEAR KEAPA STELLARLYTES OR ANY TYPE OF INFINITY CHEER SHOE. SHOES MUST BE ORDERED IMMEDIATELY AFTER JOINING.
